This star, which is now 17 light years from Earth and is 630 million years old, is constantly reborn: it began as a red type 1 star and then transformed into an orange type 2 star, followed by a blue type 3 star, before being rendered as this modern mini earring in mirror silver, which is why its tip is deliberately unfinished. A small but very powerful piece design to break with convention adds a touch of originality to this collection.
