CARAMBOLA

Add 15 ml of Jamaican Rum, another 15 ml of peach liqueur and 45 ml of carambola juice into a cocktail shaker. Then add brown sugar at will and a few drops of lemon juice. Shake. Garnish before serving with this delicious fruit and drown your sorrows!
