1. Purpose<\/strong><\/h2>\n

These purchase conditions govern the agreement between the company papiroga s.l. (Vinaroz, 19, Madrid, CIF B85488245 and duly registered in the Commercial Registry of the same city -Volume 25764, Book 0, Sheet 11, Section 8 and Invoice M464418-), and the Customer, formalized by www.papiroga.com website.<\/p>\n

2. Procurement procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

2.1. Eligibility to purchase<\/h2>\n

To place purchase through the website, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years or more, except for emancipated minors). Minors are expressly excluded.<\/p>\n

2.2. How to make a purchase<\/h3>\n

To make a purchase in the website the Customer must follow these steps:<\/p>\n

A. Once you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, you can place your order by clicking on the “Checkout” button.<\/p>\n

B. Enter the shipping information and payment.<\/p>\n

C. Choose the payment method and click \u201cConfirm\u201d. Pressing the \u201cConfirm\u201d on the purchase form, the user accepts that he\/she is aware of the general terms and conditions of the contract.<\/p>\n

D. Make the payment.<\/p>\n

E. If the payment is authorized, the Customer receives a confirmation shortly after receipt of the order by email to the email address. Except in the circumstances described below in Sections 2.3 and 2.4, this confirmation constitutes acceptance of Customer\u2019s order papiroga and is a binding contract between the Customer and papiroga, provided there is stock. 2.3. Product Availability<\/h3>\n

The completion of an order through the website is subject to its availability. papiroga seeks to ensure the stock of all items that are for sale. If the product is not available or has exhausted its stock, the Customer will be informed by e-mail and the amount paid will be refunded without delay.<\/p>\n

2.4. papiroga \u2019s right to cancel an order<\/h3>\n

papiroga reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel or not to accept a confirmed order, amongst other, the following reasons:
\nThere was a technical error in pricing or website at the time of the order.
\nLack of availability of the product.
\nThe payment information provided was inaccurate or unverifiable.
\nSecurity systems indicate that the request is failed, or may be fraudulent papiroga has not, after 2 attempts to deliver the order to the address provided.<\/p>\n

2.5. Data verification<\/h3>\n

Before processing an order placed by the Customer papiroga can verify the data on it. This can mean the address verification and credit worthiness of the customer and whether there may be some fraud involved. Regarding the possible fraud, papiroga can use partially automatic verification of all purchases to filter those that are considered abnormal or suspicious and suspected fraud. Suspicious orders will be investigated and papiroga reserves the right to claim the relevant authorities and take legal action against the Customer.<\/p>\n

3. Price and Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To pay for the order, the Customer may use any credit or debit card through the paying gateway Stripe. You will be charged after order confirmation.<\/p>\n

3.3. Prices changes<\/h3>\n

The prices displayed on the website are subject to change. papiroga reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, after receipt of order confirmation papiroga, the price to pay for this order will not be changed. papiroga reports that, despite the meticulous updates are made to the website prices, they may contain errors. All reported errors in prices will be corrected promptly and papiroga will not be binding.<\/p>\n

3.4. VAT<\/h3>\n

Thus, all purchases made through the website is subject to VAT, which is 21%.<\/p>\n

4. Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n

4.1. Where and when<\/h3>\n

Deliveries are made every day of the week except on weekends (defined as weekends Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays in the country of destination. Orders can only be delivered in private residences or offices in the following countries: Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), France (excluding overseas departments), Germany (except on the island of Heligoland and the city of B\u00fcsingen am Hochrhein), the Netherlands (except Aruba and the Dutch Antilles) and the United Kingdom (except Gibraltar, the Channel Islands and the dependent territories). And the rest of the European Union, Turkey, North America, Argentina and Brazil.
\nDeliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, customers are requested to use their work addresses or other addresses where they have someone who can receive the package.
\nIf you want to purchase any of papiroga products to any country not listed in this document, the conditions will vary according to the shipping policy and logistics.<\/p>\n

4.2. Delivery<\/h3>\n

Orders are usually delivered both for Spain and the rest of the world in maximum 3 working days (except for \u201cCountries that do not make it that easy\u201d of our FAQ section, that could delivered in 5 working days).
\nUsually meets the deadline and, although papiroga cannot guarantee the timeliness as it depends on all the logistics operator, all orders are delivered in a period of 30 days after the date of receipt of order confirmation, as up.<\/p>\n

4.3. Verification of receipt<\/h3>\n

The Customer may check the condition of the package or refuse delivery in the event of damaged packaging. papiroga states that delivery reports should be verified in a reasonable time after receipt. Where papiroga has not received any communication stating the rejection of the products within 15 days of delivery, papiroga deemed the Customer has agreed it. This does not affect Customer\u2019s right to return or exchange an order as below in Section 6.<\/p>\n

5. Shipping charges<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Shipping charges apply to each order. The exact costs for each order depend on the host country. The areas that require the payment of customs duties shall be borne not by papiroga but by the Customer.
\nThe shipping rates are the following:
\nArea 1: GLS Spain, free for packages which weighing is less than 2kg via standard, 5\u20ac via express and 8\u20ac ultra express (less than 2h), when the option is available.
\nArea 2: DHL Europe, 15\u20ac for packages which weighing is less than 2kg via express.
\nArea 3: DHL Worldwide, 25\u20ac for packages which weighing is less than 2kg via express.<\/p>\n

6. Returns Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

6.1. Returning of nonconforming products<\/h3>\n

The Customer has the right to return products that are not in accordance with the provisions of articles 120 and 121 of RDL 1\/2007,\u00a0having previously informed papiroga via an email to the following address returns@papiroga.com about the defect or nonconforming and then proceed and to return the product.
\nIf the customer returns the product because it is defective or nonconforming and the return is accepted, papiroga will refund the full value within fifteen (15) days from the moment papiroga receives the product.<\/p>\n

6.2. Returning products for any reason (right of withdrawal)<\/h3>\n

If the Customer is not satisfied with the product purchased, for whatever reason, he has 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without any explanation. Customer may return the product purchased, provided that: The product has not received a bad use. The product is complete (two elements form a single unit must be returned together). The customer must do so by contacting papiroga via email hello@papiroga.com<\/span><\/a> or phone number 619779111. In turn, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return.<\/p>\n

The relevant return note should be added and, as far as possible, the original packaging and labels of the products should be respected. papiroga carry out appropriate inspection of returned merchandise and refund the Customer following review and evaluation of the product price and shipping costs within fifteen (15) days of receiving notice of return of the product.<\/p>\n

6.3. Product changes<\/h3>\n

To exchange any product,\u00a0customer must contact papiroga by sending an email to\u00a0hello@papiroga.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

6.4. Gift returns<\/h3>\n

To return a product that has received as a gift, the Customer must contact the person who made the gift and ask that they follow the procedure for the return. You will be refunded in the original form of payment.<\/p>\n

6.5. Refund information<\/h3>\n

You will be refunded in the form of original payment. Except as provided in Section 6.2, papiroga will not reimburse the Customer until the product has been received and check its condition, once verified the conditions of the product, the Customer will receive a refund with the relevant amount within fourteen (14) days of receipt of product.<\/p>\n

\nYou can exercise your right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in two ways: by sending an email directly info@papiroga.com, or by updating the subscription preferences, located on the Newsletter.

And even less so, if this advertising appears in our inbox without asking for it.

9. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At papiroga we do not have any protection against our accessories being copied. And we will probably stay this way until the end of our days, mainly thanks to the laws that govern practices in fashion and design: an accessory only needs a few differences compared to a suspect original for it not to be considered an exact copy. A clasp a millimeter longer or one pantone less in a bead, are argument enough to guarantee the authenticity of a piece from a legal point of view.
\nAll things considered, we at papiroga have noticed that this practice, which increasingly widespread amongst the larger manufacturers, comes with an expansive replica aimed at reducing its final selling price. In other words: the higher the production, the lower the cost per unit.
