Do birds play? If you need to ask, you surely don’t know Jacinto – the macaw that has been sneaking into the store since we launched the collection. Scattering pins throughout the warehouse, unpairing earrings, adding new holes to shoes, changing order addresses and sending questionable audio messages to our Papiroga People. Sometimes he gets so engrossed in taking apart necklaces that he falls off the counter. But it’s the couriers who get it worst: as soon as he hears them arrive, he quickly hides in the ball pit, before jumping out to wrap his wings around their eyes and roll them down the stairs.
