FANTASY

The altarpiece is a work of magic. Monsters abound and men and women, almost always naked, practise mysterious rituals, watched by animals that were once unicorns or giraffes. A parade of horses circles a lake while some ladies bathe, under the escort of meditating crows. There are trees that yield carrots and fish that fly. Architecture defended by antlers and the lonely trapped in soap bubbles. There are hills with eyes, fiery volcanoes, bagpipes that wander freely. Painlessly, a knife passes through two giant ears. Everyone lives in harmony. Fantasy.
