ENOKI

Here is one of the few edible earrings in the collection. Also known as the golden needle, velvet foot and winter mushroom, the enoki has been savoured in Asia for centuries, where it’s considered a culinary treasure with anti-inflammatory properties like nothing else in nature. However, its benefits go beyond the dining table, as by breaking down dead wood it also helps recycle nutrients, thereby contributing to soil health and biodiversity. This specimen itself isn’t the final version, but recycled earlier versions initiated within the earth.
