JIGSAW PUZZLES

The film is constructed like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle that are put back together. Everything is made of fragments, of suggestions, of calculated absences, like the silences between the notes of a score: without them, there would be no music. The magic unfolds as the love of its protagonists blossoms: from the narrow corridors of their residences and the fast-food passageway to the vastness of the street in the pouring rain, the contours gradually open up to express with torrential force the desire to be together. But what about their spouses? They will be bodies moving backwards, faceless figures lost in the dreamlike haze of the stage.
