MICROALGAE
70,00 €
The microorganisms of the Mariana Trench are a box of surprises. Like the Capyllata melosa, a variety of microalgae, hypersensitive to sound, which injects the noisiest fish with a paralysing sleep-inducing drug through its tentacles. However, when in a good mood, things change: played like a harp, these same tentacles produce an intoxicating sound which attracts species from across the ocean. Then, underwater dances are improvised: zig-zagging dances which raise a green cloud around them, only to evaporate as soon as the final note is played. Unless, like us, you capture it – in the form of an earring!
