PETROGLYPHS

Labyrinths, spirals, concentric circles, deer, warriors, idols, ships, crosses and even footprints shroud the endless prehistoric rocks in mystery. They are the petroglyphs, symbols that existed prior to the invention of writing whose meaning has been lost in the mists of time. Either by means of superficial points or through grooves of considerable depth carved into stone, these disturbing figures emerge from their lethargy to speak to us, to communicate archaic messages that we do not understand. Are they a signature? Mathematical calculations? Possibly a primitive shopping list? What do they want to tell us?
