What would happen if we stepped out of our routine? If, only for a day, we changed our usual commute route? If we started the journey in the opposite direction or took another line? Or alighted one stop earlier or later, or got on the next train? If, for a fleeting instant, we changed our daily routine, ever so slightly: would it change our destiny? Would we end up leading a different life?
