Legal terms
A. Purchase conditions
- Us
- You
- If we can't agree
These terms and conditions regulate the purchase of accessories between you and us through papiroga.com, so by placing an order, you declare that you have read and accepted them.
Us
We are registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid (Volume 25764, Book 0, Folio 11, Section 8 and Page M464418) as:

Unique designs
All our designs are original. That's why we rack our brains with each new piece until we ensure that there is nothing similar and can offer you, with it, a unique experience. This includes the brand universe (from graphic and visual content to the texts we write with such care), which the Law protects with well-known copyrights. Thank you!
Shopping experience
Shopping with us should be easier than assembling Swedish furniture without arguing:
- Select the desired accessories
- Add them to the cart
- Complete shipping and billing information
- Choose the payment method
- Click to confirm order
- Check your inbox for an email with all the information
- Once the shipment is confirmed, the contract will be formalized.
Prices
All prices include legally applicable taxes, and shipping costs are itemized before checkout. The currency will depend on the country you are connecting from: euros or dollars.
We may modify them, but they will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment methods
We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and other methods that may be temporarily enabled during the purchase process. All transactions are made through secure third-party platforms, and we do not store full bank details or complete card information. We repeat: we do not store bank details or card information.
Worldwide shipping
Our designs travel all over the world, and their cost will be found at the end of the purchase process.
Delivery times are approximate, as they may be affected by external causes: volume campaigns, periods of high demand, various logistical incidents (a kombucha bottle jumping out of a truck and causing a chain reaction), customs, force majeure... The sky is the limit.
Any applicable customs duties, local taxes, or import fees outside the European Union shall be borne (grimace of disagreement) by you.
Extraordinary situations
We are not responsible for interruptions in the website service due to technical causes, third-party errors, external logistical delays, anomalous situations, or improper use. Nor for the last blackout that disconnected half of Europe for three days.
All orders are subject to availability, so if there is no stock once an order is placed, we will inform you and refund the amount to the same payment method as soon as possible.
We can cancel it in case of an error in the price or accessory information, well-founded suspicion of fraud, extraordinary logistical impossibility, or unforeseen stockout. If so, you will also be informed and will receive a full refund.
Finally, remember that special campaigns and promotions are subject to specific conditions. Unless expressly indicated, possible discounts will not be cumulative or applicable to other concepts. Also, if we detect a technical error or fraudulent use, we will cancel the action.
And now, it's your turn.
You
Unless your baby accidentally leans on the keyboard, you must be over 18 or prove legal capacity to contract, act as a consumer, and provide truthful information if you want to place an order. Otherwise, we will have to cancel it.
Remember that you are responsible for the confidentiality of your access data: if we detect fraudulent use, we will have to delete your account.
(Don't worry, the bad news ends here).
You can always return it
Except for personalized accessories or express requests (Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you can always return your order if you change your mind, for which you have 14 calendar days from receipt.
We only ask that you send it to us properly protected and without having used it beyond what is necessary to verify its nature. Except for defective designs or errors attributable to us -horror!-, the cost of the courier must be borne by you, including any customs duties, import taxes, or extras derived from international transport if you are outside the European Union.
Once received and verified, we will refund it to the same payment method used.
If this is your case, write to hello@papiroga.com with your order number, accessories, full name, and email used in the purchase.
A piece for life
There are materials that have an advantage. Like diamond, at the pinnacle of resistance on the Mohs scale. And what about our beloved methacrylate?
The law requires a three-year warranty (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), but we -hooray!- extend it for life.
So if your piece is damaged at any time, write to us and we will be happy to fix it. Whenever it may be.
If we can't agree
The conditions you have just read are governed by Spanish law, so any eventual controversy will be settled in its courts and tribunals.
If you prefer, you can also go to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
B. Privacy
- Us
- The data
- The cookie matter
At papiroga, we take the rights that affect your privacy seriously, so we not only comply with current data protection laws (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)), but we also do everything possible to protect them with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
Thus, the following document regulates all aspects related to the use and processing of your personal information when you browse the web or provide us with your email in our colorful papiroga news.
There are more stimulating readings (true), but you may find it useful.

The data
What they are
The information that identifies you and we collect in the different forms on the website: name, surnames, email, phone, address, and zip code.
But you can browse our accessories, discover the colors that inspire us, catch up on the news, and explore our media appearances without providing us with any data.
Just remember that, if you do, they will be treated in accordance with the principles and rights set out in the GDPR 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and the LOPDGDD 3/2018 of December 5.
What we do and (don't do) with them
We can process them in three ways:
- To process your order in the purchase process. After adding a product to the cart and clicking on the "Add to cart" button, a registration form will appear requesting your name, surnames, email, phone, and delivery and billing address, which constitutes the minimum indispensable information to be able to properly manage your order.
- To send you our papiroga news, provided you have previously subscribed in the footer form and from which you can unsubscribe at any time by simply clicking on the link... "Unsubscribe".
- To improve your browsing experience through cookies, which you can configure to your liking and revoke consent, like newsletters, at any time (for more information, visit the "The cookie matter" section).
And what we don't do: transfer or sell to third parties any information you provide us, unless required by law.
What you should do with them
There are two aspects to consider:
- Your data must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. If you enter someone else's details, we will understand that you have their express consent or, otherwise, you will be responsible for any damage you may have caused them. So if you fantasized about receiving an order in the name of your favorite superhero, you better think twice!
- If you do not provide us with all the required data in the purchase process, we will not be able to send you your order.
What you can do with them
If you are the owner of the personal data, and in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD, you can access, rectify, and cancel any of your data that have been stored in our database.
To exercise these rights, simply send us an email to hello@papiroga.com, call (34) 914 453 830 or go, if you prefer, to our papiroga house (C/ Francisco de Rojas, 1 28010 Madrid) in the charming neighborhood of Las Salesas.
However, if you believe that we have not attended to them properly, you can always file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Guarding your data
At papiroga, we not only take all legally required measures for the protection of your personal data, but we also adopt the technical resources at our disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, access, or theft of your data, working, among others, with a Secure Server (SSL) and advanced encryption systems.
However, as you know, internet security measures are not absolutely inviolable: right, Pentagon friends?
The cookie matter
The origin
Who would have thought that Hansel and Gretel's ingenious solution to get home would become a mass practice two centuries later?
Because, in their digital and somewhat more sophisticated version, these are neither more nor less than cookies: small files that are stored on your computer and that allow you to remember, upon your return, browsing habits and preferences.
Typologies
There are 5 main groups of cookies:
The basic ones: essential for browsing the page and without which we cannot offer you services such as the shopping cart or online payment.
The functional ones: which allow you to remember the options you select when browsing - such as your geographic location - although they do not personally identify you either.
The analytical ones: which collect information about your browsing habits anonymously, which allows us to improve your experience.
The social ones: which offer the possibility of sharing content on social networks.
The advertising ones: which collect information about the user's personal preferences and choices (retargeting).
