SUMMARY
1. We
2. You
3. If we don't agree
The following conditions govern the purchase of accessories between you and us through this website, so by placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them.
1. We

Original designs
All designs for sale are original. Literally. We do not introduce a new piece until we are sure that there is nothing similar on the market. This way we can offer you a genuine experience and go to bed with a clear conscience. This includes all aspects of the brand (from the graphic content to the texts we lovingly write), which are protected by law with well-known copyrights. Thank you, Your Honors! Or was it magistrates?
Shopping experience
Shopping at papiroga should be easier than assembling Swedish furniture without arguing:
- Select the desired accessories
- Add them to the cart
- Complete shipping and billing information
- Choose the payment method
- Click to confirm order
- Check your inbox for an email with all the information
- Once shipping is confirmed, the contract will be formalized.
Secure transactions
All your transactions are made through secure third-party platforms (PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna) and we will never store bank details or card information. Prices already include taxes, shipping costs appear before checkout, and the currency will depend on the country from which you connect: euros or dollars. (If we change any prices, don't worry, as it will not affect confirmed orders).
Worldwide shipping
Fortunately, our designs travel to all corners of the planet, although delivery times are indicative: high-volume campaigns, additional customs review, various logistical incidents, a kombucha bottle jumping out of a truck causing a chain reaction... The sky is the limit.
Any customs fees, local taxes, or import duties applicable outside the European Union must (we are sorry) be paid by you.
Extraordinary situations
We are not responsible for interruptions in website service due to technical causes, third-party errors, external logistical delays, anomalous situations, or improper use. Nor for the last blackout that disconnected half of Europe for three days.
Orders are also subject to availability: if there is no stock once an order is placed, we will inform you and refund the amount to the same payment method.
Can we cancel it? Only in case of an error in the price or accessory information, well-founded suspicion of fraud, extraordinary logistical impossibility, or unforeseen lack of stock. If so, you will be informed and will receive your corresponding full refund.
Finally, our special promotions are subject to specific conditions, and if we detect a technical error or fraudulent use, we will be forced to cancel them. Possible discounts will not be cumulative or applicable to other concepts.
2. You
Unless you can justify that your baby accidentally clicked the Confirm button, you must be over 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to contract, act as a consumer, and provide truthful information if you wish to place an order. Otherwise, we will have to cancel it.
Remember that you are responsible for the confidentiality of your access data: if we detect fraudulent use, we will have to delete your account.
You can always return
If your accessory does not make you feel better, you find a similar one, or you simply change your mind, you can always return it to us, with the exception of personalized pieces, special models, and clip-on earrings. For this, we only ask that you do so within 15 calendar days of receipt, properly protected and without having used it more than necessary.
Except for defective designs or errors attributable to us, the courier cost will be borne by you, including possible customs fees, import taxes, or extras derived from international transport if you are outside the European Union. Once received and verified, we will refund the amount to the same payment method.
If this is your case, write to us at hello@papiroga.com with your order number, accessories, full name, and email used for the purchase.
A piece for life
Some materials have an advantage. Like tungsten, which reaches 3422 °C without melting; diamond, at the pinnacle of resistance on the Mohs scale; or CrCoNi, which withstands 500 megapascals without complaint. And what about our beloved methacrylate?
The Law requires us to provide a three-year warranty (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), but we extend it for life.
If your piece suffers damage, write to us, and we will gladly resolve it. Whenever it may be.
3. If we don't agree
The conditions you have just read are governed by Spanish law, so any eventual controversy will be settled in its courts and tribunals.
If you prefer, you can also go to the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

3. The cookie issue
At papiroga, we take your privacy rights very seriously, so we not only comply with current data protection laws (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), but we also do our best to safeguard them with the utmost respect and confidentiality. The following document therefore regulates all aspects related to the use and processing of your personal information when you browse the website or provide us with your email for our colorful papiroga news.
We agree: there are more stimulating reads, but you might find it useful.

2. The data
What they are
The information that identifies you and that we collect in the different forms on the website: name, surname, email, phone number, address and postal code.
But you can browse our accessories, discover the colors that inspire us, keep up with the news and explore our media appearances without providing us with any data.
Just remember that, if you do, they will be treated according to the principles and rights set out in GDPR 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 and LOPDGDD 3/2018 of December 5.
What we do (and don't do) with them
We can process them in three ways:
- To process your order during the purchase process. After adding a product to the cart and clicking the "Buy" button, a registration form will appear requesting your name, surname, email, phone number, and delivery and billing address, which is the minimum essential information to properly manage it.
- To send you our papiroga news, provided that you have subscribed via the footer form and from which you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link.
- To improve your browsing experience through cookies, which you can configure to your liking and revoke your consent, as with newsletters, at any time (for more information, visit the "The cookie issue" section).
What we don't do? Transfer or sell any information you provide to third parties, unless required by law.
What you should do with them
There are two aspects to consider:
- Your data must be truthful, accurate, complete, and current. If you provide information about another person, we will understand that you have their express consent, or otherwise, you will be responsible for any damage you may have caused them. So if you fantasized about receiving an order in the name of your favorite superhero, think twice!
- If you do not provide us with all the requested data during the purchase process, we will not be able to send you your order.
What you can do with them
If you are the owner of personal data, and in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD, you may access, rectify and cancel any of your data that has been stored in our BBDD.
To exercise these rights, simply send us an email to hello@papiroga.com, call (34) 914 453 830 or, if you prefer, go to our papiroga house (C/ Franciso de Rojas, 1 28010 Madrid) in the charming neighborhood of Las Salesas.
However, if you consider that we have not addressed them properly, you can always file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Safeguarding your data
We have adopted all technical resources available to us to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, access or theft of your data by contracting, among others, a Secure Server (SSL) and advanced encryption systems.
But, as you know, internet security measures are not absolutely inviolable: right, Pentagon friends?
3. The cookie issue
The origin
Who would have thought that Hansel and Gretel's ingenious solution to get home would become a widespread practice two centuries later.
Because, in their digital and somewhat more sophisticated version, this is nothing more and nothing less than cookies: small files that are stored on your computer and that allow you to remember your browsing habits and preferences when you return.
Types
There are 5 main groups of cookies:
The basic ones: essential for browsing the page and without which we cannot offer you services such as the shopping cart or online payment.
The functional ones: which allow you to remember the options you select when browsing - such as your geographic location - although they do not personally identify you either.
The analytical ones: which collect information about your browsing habits anonymously, allowing us to improve your experience.
The social ones: which offer the possibility of sharing content on social media.
Advertising: which collects information about the user's personal preferences and choices (retargeting).
