The egg

A monster with the head of a bird, seated on a throne towering over the rest of its fellow creatures, its head crowned with a pot. Feet inside two jars and an almost human body. It devours its victims and expels them inside a transparent egg, the macabre reverse of the crystal refuge of Paradise, from which they fall into an unfathomable pit. All around them, one victim sleeps, another sobs, another sees themselves reflected in Hell. It reminds us of the winged Satan from the Divine Comedy, devouring the traitors. And now we have made it into earrings. Lord have mercy on us…
