DESERT ROSE

I try to imagine where the name “desert rose” comes from, considering they are the opposite of a flower, even though they are made of stone. It matters little that they have dispensed with all flexibility and even the flow between the fingers of the bright grains that compose them, which at least had, like water, the property of colour.
