Flores mágicas

Year2019
Since we like to go against the grain, this winter we wanted to immerse ourselves in the world of flowers. To let ourselves be surprised by their sensitivity and beauty, by their functioning, by their intricate mechanisms, by their abilities and amazing properties. To access a silent universe that predates our existence, miraculously connected, and upon which the survival of the Planet depends.
Because plants have been and continue to be an open window to the imagination, a constant source of wonder and learning from which science and poetry, music and architecture, mathematics and painting all draw, with their delicate harmonies of light and color, with their astute strategies; capable of communicating and memorizing, of choosing and calculating, of deploying prodigious feats of engineering and mechanisms as sophisticated as the machinery of a clock.
Their universe overflows with magic. Because, isn't it surprising to use birds as a dispersal maneuver? Or to hide fruits in their stomachs to be transported? Or their ability to exchange information with other organisms? To adopt brilliant solutions to complex problems? Or to develop their own personality? Because, just as in the animal kingdom, there are also generous and altruistic plants, compassionate and vengeful, that reward or punish those who help or harm them. A kingdom also provided with all the ingredients for drama - such as the suicide of the Vallisneria flower in the abyssal depths - and romantic comedy - such as the covert pollen kisses the flower sends to its distant lover.
From the union of these two worlds - that of man and that of flowers - which rarely touch and generally live disconnected, this collection is born, which explores and recreates what happens when we smell and caress them, when we ingest them, listen to them or simply observe them with a new gaze.
Thus, we discovered a host of plants with superpowers for healing: plants that increase resistance to infections and combat headaches, capable of reducing inflammation and calming nerves, preventing heart disease, and alleviating countless ailments without having to resort to conventional medicines. Although there are also toxic ones, with components that accelerate heart rate and circulation. And directly hallucinogenic if what you prefer is a trip to the afterlife. But if your plans are more leisurely and you opt for a quiet dinner at home, there are also delicious options that will give your evening a special touch.
From this interaction between the plant world and the world of accessories come the maxi earrings and necklaces that we present below, and which, by transitioning from three to two dimensions, add a unique hypnotic effect to the inherent magnetism of plants. And they also incorporate a new material - golden acrylic metal - which weighs less than a leaf and shines much brighter!
From here, decide if you prefer the wilder or more delicate ones, if you prefer them as a medicinal remedy, for partying, or to sink your teeth into them in a moment of need. Whatever you ultimately choose, you will probably come to the same conclusion as us: plants could live without us, but we could not live without them.
Welcome to our new collection.
