Shopping at papiroga is easy: select the accessory you like and add it to your cart. From there, you can continue browsing or purchase it by simply clicking the "buy" button.
If you chose "buy", you will need to fill in your information: if you have already registered, your email and password will suffice. If not, we will ask for a few more fields, the minimum, we promise!
Once you have completed this information, you will only need to enter your card details or retrieve them if you have them saved.
Finally, confirm your purchase and you will receive an email in your inbox with all the details.

At Papiroga we have a universal calling and we want to get our accessories to you wherever you are. However, some countries make it easier for us than others, and are closer or further away from our warehouses in Madrid. If you are an Eskimo from the Inuit tribe and you want to attend the annual Yupik party with one of our necklaces, don't worry, we will get it to you: although a little later than usual and with a frozen smile.

In these cases, we will ship your order via DHL within a maximum of 5 business days. But if you live in Aruba, Christmas Island or Seychelles, we will bring it to you earlier than usual and probably in person.

Because you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox with all the details of your purchase. If not, send us an email to hello@papiroga.com and we will find out what happened as soon as possible.
You can delete it without problems by accessing “My order”. But if you change your mind after confirming the order, send us an email to hello@papiroga.com immediately and we will cancel your purchase! However, do so within 1 hour, as if your order has already been shipped, you will have to wait to receive it before you can manage the return.
At Papiroga we subject each of our handmade pieces to extensive quality control, so we only sell accessories in perfect condition. If, exceptionally, you receive a defective product, you can return it to us via hello@papiroga.com and we sincerely apologize.
Send us an email at hello@papiroga.com and we'll sort it out as soon as possible. From there, a constructive "it was you" / "no, it wasn't me" dynamic will begin between us, lasting until the early hours of the morning, only to end up blaming the intern, as always.
