Where can I receive my order?

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No, the delivery country must match the country of purchase.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At papiroga, we want your accessory to arrive as quickly as possible, wherever you are. That's why we have signed a contract with GLS for the Peninsula and with DHL for the rest of the world, who guarantee to deliver your order within 3 working days (although if you live in the Canary Islands, it may take a little longer, depending on customs' mood).

All shipments to the Peninsula are free of charge except for purchases under €35 - which will be €3 - and €10 to the Islands.

If you are on the peninsula, shipping is free. But if patience is not your strong suit, you can also receive it for an additional €5 within 1 working day (provided you have placed your order before 2 PM on the previous day).

What is the home delivery process?

The doorbell rings a couple of times, a handsome postman gives you an incredible smile at your doorstep and you end up rolling around in flour in the kitchen.

But the postman doesn't always ring twice. So, in these cases, the carrier will send you an SMS and an email to inform you about the delivery of your order. And, from there, it's up to your imagination.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Any import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination and the cost must be borne by you. We would love to, but we have no control over these taxes, so we cannot tell you what the cost will be, as each country has a different policy. We recommend that you call your customs office to find out the amount before placing your order, so you won't be surprised later.
