Can I return an item?

Of course. If your accessory doesn't make you feel right, you find a similar one at a party, or it has a small manufacturing defect, you can return it to us without any problems. With the exception of personalized items or special models from Flash, Sample Sale, or Mystery Box.

What is the deadline for a return?

You have 15 calendar days to make a return from the date of receipt of the order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

You will only have to pay the shipping cost: you can manage it directly or leave it to us, in which case the cost will depend on the pick-up point, being €5 for the Peninsula and €15 for the Canary Islands and international returns.

How should I prepare the order for shipping?

The accessory must be shipped in the same condition you received it, with its original elements in perfect condition: that is, the earring backings, the pouch, and the box, as well as any gift included in the order. Otherwise, the return will be partial or void.

Using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Within a maximum of 15 calendar days after receiving the product return.

Do accessories have a warranty?

At Papiroga, we cover the first two weeks of the accessory's life, coinciding with the end of its adolescence. So if it's turned out a little rebellious, send it to us and we'll fix it.
