You have 15 calendar days to make a return from the date of receipt of the order.
You will only have to pay the shipping cost: you can manage it directly or leave it to us, in which case the cost will depend on the pick-up point, being €5 for the Peninsula and €15 for the Canary Islands and international returns.
The accessory must be shipped in the same condition you received it, with its original elements in perfect condition: that is, the earring backings, the pouch, and the box, as well as any gift included in the order. Otherwise, the return will be partial or void.

At Papiroga, we cover the first two weeks of the accessory's life, coinciding with the end of its adolescence. So if it's turned out a little rebellious, send it to us and we'll fix it.
