How could we miss the ballet’s author! Or, if not the proper author, at least, the inspiring character of this fascinating story between the brave Solor and the unfortunate Nikiya. His life was as mysterious as his poems. Starting from his own name, Kalidasa -servant of Kali goddess-, his self taught background, his miraculous talent, and a beauty that brought him, as it seems, the unconditional love of princesses. And I don’t know if it reaches to love, but it is a great gratitude what he inspires us. Bahut!
