Terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These purchase conditions govern the agreement between the company papiroga s.l. (Vinaroz, 19, Madrid, CIF B85488245 and duly registered in the Commercial Registry of the same city -Volume 25764, Book 0, Sheet 11, Section 8 and Invoice M464418-), and the Customer, formalized by www.papiroga.com website.
2. Procurement procedure
2.1. Eligibility to purchase
To place purchase through the website, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years or more). Minors are expressly excluded.
2.2. How to make a purchase
To make a purchase in the website the Customer must follow these steps:
A. Once you choose the products you want, you have two options: either add to “My Bag” and then purchase, or purchase them directly using the “I´ll take it!” button.
B. Enter the shipping information and payment.
C. Choose the payment method and click “Confirm”. Pressing the “Confirm” on the purchase form, Customer agrees fully and without reservation, to all the conditions of purchase appearing on the website at the time.
D. Make the payment.
E. If the payment is authorized, the Customer receives a confirmation shortly after receipt of the order by email to the email address. Except in the circumstances described below in Sections 2.3 and 2.4, this confirmation constitutes acceptance of Customer’s order papiroga and is a binding contract between the Customer and papiroga, provided there is stock. Customer is recommended that he prints and / or saves as a copy of the Purchase Conditions as well as the email received, for future reference.
F. papiroga may change the Purchase Conditions at any time without notice to clients. However, it will be previously announced papiroga the website. Furthermore, when the Customer has received the email confirmation of a purchase, the Purchase Conditions applicable to it cannot be changed.
2.3. Product Availability
The completion of an order through the website is subject to its availability. papiroga seeks to ensure the stock of all items that are for sale. If the product is not available or has exhausted its stock, Customer will be informed by email and will be reimbursed the amount paid no later than 15 days following the payment.
2.4. papiroga ’s right to cancel an order
papiroga reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel or not to accept a confirmed order, amongst other, the following reasons:
There was a technical error in pricing or website at the time of the order.
Lack of availability of the product.
The payment information provided was inaccurate or unverifiable.
Security systems indicate that the request is failed, or may be fraudulent papiroga has not, after 2 attempts to deliver the order to the address provided.
2.5. Data verification
Before processing an order placed by the Customer papiroga can verify the data on it. This can mean the address verification and credit worthiness of the customer and whether there may be some fraud involved. Regarding the possible fraud, papiroga can use partially automatic verification of all purchases to filter those that are considered abnormal or suspicious and suspected fraud. Suspicious orders will be investigated and papiroga reserves the right to claim the relevant authorities and take legal action against the Customer.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. Price and currency
The prices presented on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and are only valid for orders placed online through the website. These prices are in Euros (€) and Dollars ($).
3.2. Payment method
To pay for the order, the Customer may use any credit or debit card through the paying gateway Stripe. You will be charged after order confirmation.
3.3. Prices changes
The prices displayed on the website are subject to change. papiroga reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, after receipt of order confirmation papiroga, the price to pay for this order will not be changed. papiroga reports that, despite the meticulous updates are made to the website prices, they may contain errors. All reported errors in prices will be corrected promptly and papiroga will not be binding.
3.4. VAT
Thus, all purchases made through the website is subject to VAT, which is 21%.
4. Shipping
4.1. Where and when
Deliveries are made every day of the week except on weekends (defined as weekends Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays in the country of destination. Orders can only be delivered in private residences or offices in the following countries: Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), France (excluding overseas departments), Germany (except on the island of Heligoland and the city of Büsingen am Hochrhein), the Netherlands (except Aruba and the Dutch Antilles) and the United Kingdom (except Gibraltar, the Channel Islands and the dependent territories). And the rest of the European Union, Turkey, North America, Argentina and Brazil.
Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, customers are requested to use their work addresses or other addresses where they have someone who can receive the package.
If you want to purchase any of papiroga products to any country not listed in this document, the conditions will vary according to the shipping policy and logistics.
4.2. Delivery
Orders are usually delivered both for Spain and the rest of the world in maximum 3 working days (except for “Countries that do not make it that easy” of our FAQ section, that could delivered in 5 working days).
Usually meets the deadline and, although papiroga cannot guarantee the timeliness as it depends on all the logistics operator, all orders are delivered in a period of 30 days after the date of receipt of order confirmation, as up.
4.3. Verification of receipt
Customer must check the status of the package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer must not accept delivery. papiroga states that delivery reports should be verified in a reasonable time after receipt. Where papiroga has not received any communication stating the rejection of the products within 15 days of delivery, papiroga deemed the Customer has agreed it. This does not affect Customer’s right to return or exchange an order as below in Section 6.
5. Shipping charges
Shipping charges apply to each order. The exact costs for each order depend on the host country. The areas that require the payment of customs duties shall be borne not by papiroga but by the Customer.
The shipping rates are the following:
Area 1: Envialia Spain, free for packages which weighing is less than 2kg via standard, 5€ via express and 8€ ultra express (less than 2h), when the option is available.
Area 2: DHL Europe, 15€ for packages which weighing is less than 2kg via express.
Area 3: DHL Worldwide, 25€ for packages which weighing is less than 2kg via express.
6. Returns Policy
6.1. Returning of nonconforming products
The Customer is entitled to return faulty or nonconforming products, up to 15 calendar days after the time of detecting the nonconformity of the product, having previously informed papiroga via an email to the following address returns@papiroga.com about the defect or nonconforming and then proceed and to return the product.
If the customer returns the product because it is defective or nonconforming and the return is accepted, papiroga will refund the full value within fifteen (15) days from the moment papiroga receives the product.
6.2. Returning products for any reason (right of revocation)
If the Customer is not satisfied with the product purchased, for whatever reason, he has 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the product without any explanation. Customer may return the product purchased, provided that:
The product has not received a bad use.
The product is complete (two elements form a single unit must be returned together).
Products must be returned in its original packaging and labels with the appropriate return note. papiroga carry out appropriate inspection of returned merchandise and refund the Customer following review and evaluation of the product price and shipping costs within fifteen (15) days of receiving notice of return of the product.
6.3. Product changes
At present, products cannot be changed. For a fixture in another color, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the website papiroga.
6.4. Gift returns
To return a product that has received as a gift, the Customer must contact the person who made the gift and ask that they follow the procedure for the return. You will be refunded in the original form of payment.
6.5. Refund information
You will be refunded in the form of original payment. Except as provided in Section 6.2, papiroga will not reimburse the Customer until the product has been received and check its condition, once verified the conditions of the product, the Customer will receive a refund with the relevant amount within fifteen (15) days of receipt of product.
7. Data Protection
We will only request your personal data in case you make a purchase or sign up in papiroga.
In compliance with Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that your personal information will be included in the files property of papiroga with management and advertising purposes, including shipping (via email and other electronic media) communications about products, services, offers and news.
You can exercise your right to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, in two ways: by sending an email directly info@papiroga.com, or by updating the subscription preferences, located on the Newsletter.
Accepting these conditions, warrant the accuracy of the personal data provided to papiroga.
8. Applicable Law
Purchases made through papiroga website and under these Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish law.
9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute or disagreement arising from the application or interpretation of the Purchase conditions and contracts which incorporates, will be resolved in the courts of the city Madrid, Spain, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction.

2. Right of access
If you are the owner of personal data, and according to the Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, you are entitled to the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition regarding how much data of yours have been stored in our database.
To exercise these rights simply send us an email to info@papiroga.com with a copy of your passport, ID or DNI (Spanish personal identification card).
3. Data collection goals
When requested to fill out a form with your personal information, we will inform you of the purpose: either to treatment, identity and address of the file, and recipients of this information and your ability to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and oppose the processing of your data.
4. Data accuracy
You must fill in forms with true, accurate, complete and current data. If you enter data for another person, we understand that you have their express permission and consent, because it presumes that the data have been provided by the owner. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that you have caused to this person.
5. Anti-spam policy
At papiroga we don’t feel the need to get our skin back to the way it was when we were newborns thanks to the benefits of the baby snail, become millionaires at a click on an online gaming platform or earn 5 million a day working for just 5 minutes without even leaving the house. And even less so, if this advertising appears in our inbox without asking for it.
Therefore, we guarantee to our customers that under no circumstances will their personal details which are collected on the website be transferred, passed on or sold to any third parties.

6. Safety measures
In papiroga have taken all steps legally required to protect your personal data and taken all the technical resources at our disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of personal information provided by users the web, working, among others, with a secure server (SSL). However, you should keep in mind that Internet security measures are not absolutely inviolable.
7. Cookies
This site uses cookies: small data files that the web server sends to your browser and return to it later in each new request. These files are stored on your computer and allow the system to remember characteristics or browsing preferences of your previous sessions, thereby facilitating papiroga experience. If you’ve accepted its use please bear in mind that they’re not invasive or harmful, and neither do they contain personal data. What’s more, you may disable them at any time by modifying the preferences of your browser.
8. Google Analytics
In order to offer you the best experience possible, we at papiroga use Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google, Inc.
Google Analytics uses cookies to help analyze the use of the website, and your information is transmitted to and stored on its servers in the United States. Google will use this information compiling reports on its activity and providing other services related to Internet use.
When required by law, this information may be transferred to third parties. When third parties process the information on behalf of Google, it will not associate your IP address with any other data you have.
You can refuse treatment of the data or information by disabling cookies in your browser settings, but you should know that by doing so, some functionality may be restricted on the web.
Accepting these conditions, you consent to the processing of your data by Google in the manner just explained.
9. Intellectual property
At papiroga we do not have any protection against our accessories being copied. And we will probably stay this way until the end of our days, mainly thanks to the laws that govern practices in fashion and design: an accessory only needs a few differences compared to a suspect original for it not to be considered an exact copy. A clasp a millimeter longer or one pantone less in a bead, are argument enough to guarantee the authenticity of a piece from a legal point of view.
All things considered, we at papiroga have noticed that this practice, which increasingly widespread amongst the larger manufacturers, comes with an expansive replica aimed at reducing its final selling price. In other words: the higher the production, the lower the cost per unit.
At papiroga, our response to this strategy, also known as economy of scale, is constant innovation, continuing use of handmade processes and our commitment to a production maximum which prevents our designs from becoming unique pieces, whilst also remaining affordable. And with that peace of mind of someone who goes to bed knowing they will not be a millionaire, but has an inner peace.
